∙ 14y agoPenis size continues to increase throughout puberty; a boy won't know how large his penis will be until he is about 16 to 18 or so. if this makes you feel better im the exact same as you i only have a few little dark pubic hair and alot blonde and my penis is only 3 inch erect and alot of people have told me that it is normal
