Bach trumpets, in general, will be good trumpets. The Omega is sometimes considered an "intermediate" level Trumpet, providing a stepping stone between a beginner horn and a Stradivarius professional trumpet.
Basically, the Omega model will be a good trumpet for an advanced student who is ready to "move on" from their first trumpet, but may not be willing to spend the money for a professional quality trumpet.

Where could you find a good condition used Bach stradivarius trumpet for a low price?
Good luck... Most good condition used Bach Strads will run you between $750 and $1,000 or more. Your best bet would be on eBay, but be cautious... some sellers are not very honest. You should always play a trumpet in person to make sure it's the right trumpet for you.

Are wurzbach trumpets any good?
I recently got a Wurzbach student model from Buy.com and it is meeting my expectations fully. I normally march with a Jupiter/Bach in a high school band and can say it easily matches up with higher-end intermediate and pro models. Great for beginners and also experienced players.
