Vague question my friend!
If you are wanting to move house, it's not a good car. If you are replacing a school bus with a Dodge Neon, it's not a good car. If you want to drive between home and school, it'll serve it's purpose as long as it's been well maintained. If you are wanting to buy one to impress your friends, it's not as good as a Ferrari from that purpose.
However, if you just want a cheap run about that will do the odd long road trip with a small family or a small bunch of friends, it'll serve you well.
A Dodge Neon does not have a distributor.A Dodge Neon does not have a distributor.
Depends where you live and how cold it gets.
It was not a good car. The brand new Dodge Dart should do much better. The Dodge Caliber was a littler better than the Neón.

Dodge Neon
The dodge neon has an optimum idle speed like any other car. The Dodge Neon's optimum idle speed at rest is between 12.9% and 13.3%.
Yes! The Neon is actually manufactured by Chrysler and is known in most countries as the Chrysler Neon. Chrysler owns both Dodge and Plymouth as well and so the car is often called the Dodge Neon or Plymouth Neon in North America.
no, the srt-4 is close but dodge neons are a joke as a regular car and are by no means a sports car.
It varies depending on the model you get, the speed your driving, good tires on the car, etc. but the average highway mileage for a Dodge Neon ranges from 28-32 miles per gallon
You remove heater core in doge neon by smashing the windows then taking off the doors so you can get th the heater core then you get a crowbar and rip it out (if this destroys your dodge neon then your car isn't a real dodge neon).
You can put the 2003 bumper on a 2002 car, but you will also need to replace the headlights with those from an 03-05 Neon and replace the hood with that of an 03-05 car.
