They are the same vehicle, just a more luxury interior and larger engine. Also as far as 4x4 , the Denali is only available in AWD. If there is any diffence in length or width it is only due to the deferent bumpers they have. The cargo and seating area is the same. Gmc does make a denial xl which is a fancy Yukon xl (same as suburban )

Seats from a 02 Tahoe will not fit in a 98 Tahoe. The 98 Tahoe is smaller than the 02.
