It depends how the engine is tuned and if there are any extra carborators etc... my Honda crf100f goes 65 MPH, if you got a dirt bike that was meant for motocross it can go faster
A Honda CRF100F is very rare to be sold as a racing bike, but people of ownership can modify them to racing style.
i would go with the crf100f i ride one, theyre really good bikes and theyre from Honda. i just like Honda better than the others, they have really reliable and powerful bikes.

there are lots of common 100cc dirtbikes like kx100, rm100 (rare) and 4 strokes including crf100, xr100 and lots more.
u dont know that it goes about 40-65 mph
a 100cc bike goes about 60 mph so your looking at round 70-75 mph
honda is a better motorcross bike (250 and 450) and yamaha is a better trail bike
