It should be the same thing.

But other things are also described as T100L so you should make sure it's a fuse and check by holding it up to the light that it has a very thin wire inside the glass tube.

What do the letters in T 6.3 A L 250V stand for?

T means Slow blow , 6.3A is the maximum current this fuse will conduct , any more and the fuse will heat up and melt the conductor . Maximum voltage capacity is 250V , this means the maximum voltage that the fuse can block from "jumping" . It means you can use it in a system from 0 - 250V with a maximum current handle of 6.3A .

Low volt fuse to high volt fuse?

I'm not sure of your question here. If you are asking if you can replace a fuse with a fuse with a higher voltage rating, the answer is yes, but it probably won't fit in the same terminals. The voltage rating must be the same or higher than the voltage applied.

Can you use a 600v fuse in a 120v circut?

Yes, as long as the amp rating is the same. Examples, 600v 100amp fuse can be used in a 120v 100 amp's location.

Will it work if you replace a 1.25 amp 125 volt fuse with a 1 amp 250 volt fuse?

Yes you can do that as long as it will fit in the fuseholder. It is acceptable to replace a lower Voltage Rated fuse with a higher but NEVER replace a higher with a lower. There are several things to consider when replacing a fuse: 1) The minimum voltage rating of the fuse is equal to or higher than the voltage of the circuit you are placing it in 2) The Amperage rating of the fuse does not exceed the capacity of the circuit you are trying to protect. Always replace a fuse with one that has the same amperage rating. 3) The interrupting rating of the fuse is sufficent for the capacity of the circuit supplying the fuse. If replacing a fuse always use one with an interrupting capacity equal to or greater than the fuse you are replacing.

Can time delay house fuse replace an ordinary fuse?

You could, but it would be safest not to. A time delay fuse will allow for a short (12 seconds or less) spike in the current (up to three times the rated current for the fuse). This happens when you start up a motor, or a compressor, etc... If you were to replace a regular fuse (say 2 amp) with a time delay fuse (also 2 amp), then instead of breaking the circuit at 2 amps, the circuit will go 12 seconds at 6 amps before shutting down. This could easily start a fire, so for your safety, it is best to replace a fuse with the exact same kind that came out of it.

Can a 250V 2.5A fuse replace a 125V 2.5A fuse?

Yes, a 250V fuse can replace a 125V fuse if they have the same ampacity rating. The voltage rating is simply the maximum voltage that the fuse is capable of safely interrupting. You can go higher, but you can not go lower. Obviously, the form factor of the fuse must be the same, but that is often the case.
