∙ 11y agoNot beyond infancy, unless they are European or North African (as both have developed lactase persistence). The majority of humans are lactose intolerant, and should not drink too much milk.
Milk offers the nutrients that many animals get from eating grass.

∙ 14y agoBeef cows milk is the same as a dairy cows milk. Dairy cows have been bred to produce more milk while beef cows have been bred to be more conditioned and have a higher amount of meat.

∙ 14y agoNo it is not harmful to milk cows. If you do not milk the cow she will become over full and be in pain so milking her feels similar to when you have to pee really bad and let it out.
