According to studies, no, and yes. Weirdly enough, about an average percent of males (both black and white) reported that theirs was near average size (6inches). The difference, is less black men are considered "small" than white men, and more black men have been considered "big" than white men (as in more percent of black = large than white) however, the margin of difference is very small. Don't base these things off rumors, stereotypes, etc. They don't work that way.

∙ 15y agoIn recent measurements by doctors monitoring erect penis size among 100 men per large ethnicities (white, black, asian, indian, other), it was found that black men did have a larger penis size than other ethnicities, with the smallest range being a fifth of an inch, up to eight-tenths of an inch.
It would be safe to assume that not all black men have penises that are longer than anyone else's, but the upper percentile of black men will have larger penises.

∙ 13y agoIt is not determined by color of skin more by your hormones and genetics. Example if your family has a high rate of having light eyes than most likely you will have light eyes, if in your family majority of the males have hairy arms than there is a high possibility that you will have hairy arms give or take the amount, or if someone in your family tree had straight hair but the majority of you family has curly you can come out with straight hair. You get it? Like cars it is predetermined at birth and like cars you can make adjustment but a Ford will always be a ford not a Mercedes. As for black having bigger penises it is totally not true some do some don't. Any ethnicity or race man can have a large penis. Don't believe porn those guys are always the exception that one guy out of 1000 and the penises are usually exaggerated and not as big as they look on tv there usually guys who are generally tall and a bit larger than the average and are placed with woman who have small hands and are generally petite to make there penis's look so much bigger. Majority of men are in the average percentage size and majority of guys who say they have 9 inches really only have 7.5 inches or close to 8 real inches.
