A camel has a thick coat of fur under its wool to keep it warm during the night and cool during the day in the desert. If it should stay in the North Pole, this coat of wool and fur would become even thicker. So a camel can cope living in the cold environment. Just the like the Bactrian camels and llamas of Mongolia, they have a thick coat of fur and wool. Both evolved from the camels that migrated to the Asia Minor region over several centuries ago.

The camel's broad, leathery pads help it not sink in the soft hot sand and not slip on rocky grounds in the desert. If a camel should walk on soft and slippery snow, the large leathery pads on its hooves can enable it not to sink in the snow and not slip over ice. So a camel can walk though soft and cold snow, and slippery ice floes.

A camel's leathery patches around its knees can allow it to kneel on the cold snow ground as well.

Its large store of fat in its hump can help the camel to survive long periods without food and water.

Over time, the camel's structural adaptation would be enhanced to help it survive in the North Pole.

Indeed, a camel can cope living in a cold environment.

No, but not because of the water as such.

Camels aren't naturally found on the North Pole, and so far humans haven't found any reason to bring them there.
