A vocational college is a college that specializes in one type of degree, for example an aviation college, mechanics, welding and machining, etc.

A Private college is privately funded, meaning that it does not revieve money from the federal or state governments to operate. It has the right to come up with its own admission standards, and they are typically more expensive and harder to get into that public state colleges. Ex. Columbia, Yale, Harvard, Rice, Baylor, etc.

A State college is a public college that receives money from the State it is in to operate. For example Oklahoma State, Texas State University, Alabama A&M, Texas A&M, etc. Their admission standards are set by the State government. They usually offer the most diverse areas of study and usually have the greatest amount of student enrollment. Here you usually start off as a freshman pursuing your first Bachelor's degree (4years) and then after that you graduate or continue on to Graduate School. You will also find the most diverse student body here.

A community college offers 2 year Associate's degrees. They are the least expensive post-secondary education option.

Not at all. Graduate School is part of a undergraduate college, its just where you can get a masters degree. Some colleges don't offer graduate school, but no community college offers a graduate degree, in most cases its just an associates degree.
