Your engine block heater cord plug is plugged into an extension cord, then into your garage or home outlet. Not into the engine.

Take the cover off the engine. The block heater wire is tucked away there in plain sight. You will know it by the 120v plug. It may have a cover over it. If you are looking for the actual block heater , follow the wire.
It is an option and you might not have it if you can't find it

If so equipped, check passenger side of engine at front for power cord Check right rear freeze plug for heater unit
Usually at the passenger's side inner fender
No mention of a block heater in the service manual. It appears that they install heaters on the left side rear of the engine. Of course this type of heater plugs in to household power so if you have one it should be fairly easy to find the cord/plug and trace it back to the heater.
next to the power steering pump, next to the block, the cord is wire tied together in a coil to keep it out of the way.
I don't know either
It may not have one as that is an option.
