∙ 10y agoDue to the popularity of these animals, they are very common. Leopard geckos have been in the reptile hobby for many many years, over 30+!. These animals come in a variety of colors and patterns referred to as morphs. Due to the color scheme's and fairly cheap care, these animals make a great gecko pet.
