No. They are annelids.
No. Worms are either in Phylum Annelida if they are segmented like earthworms, or Nematoda if they are roundworms like hookworms or heart worms that your dog can get, or Phylum Platyhelminthes if they are flatworms like tapeworms.

Mammals all have hair, nurse their young with milk, have 4- chambered hearts, and nurture their young. There are some other nit-picking characteristics as well , but these are the most descriptive.

Mealworms are the larva stage in the life cycle of the darkling beetle. The larva hatch from eggs that adult darkling beetles lay. The larva grow, shed their outer carapace or "skin" and then form a pupa which then turns into a darkling beetle. The life cycle is a complete metamorphosis similar to a butterfly or moth unlike the life cycle of a grass hopper which has in complete metamorphosis going from egg to nympth to adult.
