No, because it never gets flipped face-up. You can activate Raigeki Break to destroy an opponent's face-down Man-eater Bug without any monster on the field getting destroyed.

∙ 13y agoNo, a card is never active while it is face-down. If a Flip Effect Monster was flipped face-up, and then targeted by an effect such as "Book of Moon", a chain would form where "Book of Moon's" effect flips the monster into face-down Defense Position. Then, the Filp Effect Monster's effect would resolve. This does not apply to Effect Monsters with a Continuous Effect. This is similar to Continuous Trap and Spell cards. Continuous Monster Effects, Spells, and Traps only remain active while they are on the field and face-up. Their effect disappears if they are removed or flipped face-down. This ruling however, does not apply to Normal Spell and Traps, Quick-Play Spells, Ritual Spells, Counter Traps, or Ignition and Trigger Monster Effects.

∙ 12y agoNo. A monster is flipped when attacked, or when Flip Summoned by the controlling player, or when an effect specifically says that the monster is flipped.
Face-down monsters do not flip if targeted while face down, nor will they flip if they are destroyed while face down.

∙ 11y agoNo, monsters are only ever flipped when Flip Summoned, flipped at the beginning of the damage step when attacked while face-down, or flipped by an effect that specifically says they are.
A monster destroyed while face-down is never considered to be flipped.

No, a 'Flip Summon' is a manual change from face-down defence to face-up attack position in one of your main phases. If the monster is flipped from an attack, or by an effect, then this is a Flip, but not a Flip Summon. Therefore regular Flip Effect monsters like Night Assailant will trigger from being attacked, but monsters that require Flip Summoning like Guardian Sphinx will not.

Therefore it will negate the effect of Caius the Shadow Monarch. The effect does not wear off at a specific time, not even if Reptilianne Medusa is destroyed. The effect will be applied to the affected monster for as long as that monster remains face-up on the field. If it is flipped down, then up, or removed from the field, the effect is removed too.

If the monster is flipped up as a result of battle, the card is destroyed first, and then its effect is activated

Indeed you can. A Tribute Summon is considered a type of Normal Summon.with the right use, it can destroy 3 monsters (2 that is needed to sacrifice or tribute and 1 for the tribute summoned monster) pretty sweet ^^ and pretty annoying too if you're on the other end. that's why it's always a must to add 3 trap holes on a deck.

A monster can't manually change battle position on the turn it declared an attack, but it can still be flipped face-down by an effect. Golem Sentry can attack, then activate its effect in main phase 2 and flip itself face down.

No. Remote Revenge can only be used against an effect that targets a monster and destroys it on resolution. Summoner of Illusions does not target, and does not destroy anything on resolution. Remote Revenge can do nothing against effects that resolve, and destroy something later in the turn.

Mystic Swordsman Lvl. 4 destroys the monster it attacks without flipping it, so a Flip Effect monster attacked by it will not get its flip effect. To summarize, if a FLIP effect monster is attacked while face down, then it will activate. But if it's destroyed by a card effect while face down then it won't activate. Some card effects let you flip monsters face up and let the flip effect activate, like book of taiyou. But others, like ceasefire don't let it activate. If it says 'when this card is flipped face up' then you have to do that manually on your own turn.
