the answer to this question is in another questions answer... lol, stay with me.. you here ? good moving on...o the best of my knowledge it should be, what is the pH of a potato because the potato is not acidic but it is alkaline... which is at the other end of the pH spectrum ;) (above 7 which is about neutral ie; h2o)
