Nuclei is plural for nucleus.

Most cells each have one nucleus, but some have many nuclei and certain cells, such as red blood cells, do not have a nucleus.

The term for a cell with more than one nucleus is coenocytic. This can be because DNA replication has not been followed by cytokenesis, but there are some specialised cells that are multinucleated, such as some fungi and skeletal muscle in mammals.

one nucleus but inside that nucleus is a nucleolus.

The number of atoms in a human cell is mind boggling. It is estimated that the number is 10 to the 14th power. That is expressed as 100,000,000,000,000 or 100 trillion.

No, an atom is sort of like a cell BUT it isn't one. An atom is much smaller than a cell and cannot be seen through a microscope.

Atoms are basically particles

Molecules are in fact much much smaller compared to cells. Cells are made of millions of molecules.

One can see a cell with a decent microscope, however one can never see a molecule.

It depends entirely on the cell. There are many types of cells - erythrocytes, neurons, leukocytes, skin cells, liver cells, etc. All have a different average size.
