Pristine means brand new, untouched, in perfect condition. Antonyms to that could be messy, beat-up, wrecked, trashed, ruined. Pristine is often used to describe the condition of an item offered up for sale, in which case 'heavily used' would be a good way to describe the opposite.

A "Z" prefix would indicate 1964 mfg. In pristine condition it would sell for around $300.
