Let's get our terminology right: "snake oil" is a better description.

I don't personally believe a word of the claims, but I'm hesitant to say that it's an outright scam per se. There are many people who sincerely believe in homeopathy and Astrology; these people are wrong, but they're not necessarily scammers.

Could there potentially be some health benefit? Yes, in the sense that drinking water instead of soda or "energy drinks" is probably better for your health overall. Beyond that, I'm not convinced (I'm not 100% certain what exactly is in Asea Water, because their website is a little cagey about that, but if it contains trace minerals that aren't commonly present in the diet, that might be good too.) The implication is that it also contains sodium, and most people (at least in the US) already get far more than enough of that, so that's a negative to consider as well... however, as I said, they don't come right out and tell you, so it's hard to be sure.
