∙ 14y agowith any health problem it is inadvisable to drink alcohol. Even though people may say that wine is good for your heart, it is bad for your liver and you get the same great results from Grape Juice. It isn't the best idea to drink alcohol when you have gout, but to my knowledge it won't kill you.
It is definitely not advisable to drink alcohol during a gout attack Alcohols have a tendency to increase uric acid in the blood stream and this leads to gout.
