When Booth is in a coma he dreams about them having sex, however they do not actually do it until the end of season 6. Bones is sad about something that happened that day, so she is sleeping at Booth's apartment. They later have sex after Booth has comforted her. They also engage in sex also in season 7 and 8.

∙ 14y agoAt the end of season 4 agent Booth wakes up from his coma dream. In the dream he is married to 'Bones' and she is expecting a baby. when he wakes up he finds that he misses the dream and realises he loves Dr Brennan. So yes he does!!!!
