They are a real company, but a genuine rip off. They offer a low quality of visa/passport processing and their customer service is atrocious. The whole organization is run by 3 people and they outsource the majority of their processing. They have no controls regarding information sharing or customer privacy. The billing is wrong 100% of the time and they overcharge for services that you didnt even request to begin with. I know several companies and individuals who were overcharged and are pursuing legal avenues to reconcile accounts with Capitol Visa.
