Yes i think it is very good probably a top 15 university or better it has very good academics, not like Harvarard but almost as good as duke. I have been to Clemson and its not a huge city but the prettiest place i have ever seen. In athletics there real good. Not like Texas or Florida but probaly 1 of the top 20 athletic schools.

∙ 13y agoI would expect a name like Clemson St or something if it were a public school, but Clemson is in fact a public university. It was first established in November 1889 by South Carolina Governor John Peter Richardson III as an agricultural university.
