A citrus drink is made from citrus fruit. Coconuts are members of the palm family (a type of tree).
The coconut is not a nut at all but something called a drupe. The coconut we buy in the store does not look like the coconut you find growing on a coconut palm. When you buy one in the supermarket the exocarp (first layer) and the mesocarp (second layer) are removed and what you see is the endocarp.
