Involuntary.
voluntary are the ones you have to think about to move such as the muscles in your arms, legs, fingers, toes. you dont have to think about contracting your heart or digesting your food. those are involuntary
voluntary, you cause your lips to form the shape to whistle, and cause the air to be pushed out. if whistling were involuntary, you would do it without making an effort (like your heart pumping, digesting things, etc)
Digestion is an involuntary process. You do not control digestion, it just happens.
The vast majority is involuntary. The lower bowels can be controlled, but very limited in nature.
You have no control over it, and do not tell your body to do it, therefore it is involuntary, just like you don't tell your heart to beat, it just does it.
Involuntary, as we are not conscious of pushing food through the digestive system.
both voluntary and involuntary why voluntary? because we can flap our eye lids as per our wish. why involuntary? because if anything is coming straight to our eye our eyes automatically get closed.
Involuntary muscles are not under you conscious control they are responsible for essential activities such as breathing and digesting food. Voluntary muscles are under your conscious control smiling, turning a page in a book are controlled by voluntary muscles.

Involuntary is not under your control while voluntary is.
smooth muscle pushes food through the intestine and smooth muscle is a involuntary muscle
