What is the best Dragon Ball Z RPG?
It depends what you're looking for to be honest. I have four outstanding favourites: The World's Strongest: It has some quality sparring fighting action, relatively little in the way of monstrous energy attacks (which can get boring) and is quite refreshing in that they all have relatively low power levels (as it takes place pre-SSJ). Bojack Unbound: Solely because it features more badassery from SSJ2 Teen Gohan, arguably my favourite incarnation of Gohan ever, and because watching him destroy the Cell Jr's and fight Cell was not enough before they discarded the form after the timeskip. My favourite though I think has to be the Funimation dub of Lord Slug: The title itself is bad ass enough. Everybody has decent fights, even Chi Chi gets some action. But beyond all, the defining element of the film is it's incredible sound track. Boy Hits Car, Finger Eleven, Disturbed all make this film and its fights just so much more badass to watch. Battle of Gods: This movie is surely epic! New enemies, different power levels, a new SSJ form called Super Saiyan God, and even proves Vegeta is stronger than Goku, Gohan, Trunks and Goten. But I say The Legendary Super Saiyan is even better than this. Many people will cite the first Broly film. Personally I have a bias against the character, perhaps solely down to the fact that so many people love him. But yeah its worth an honourable mention. Other honourable mentions: Tree of Might, Deadzone and Broly's Second Coming.

I theorize that Namco Bandai wants to move on with their new systems instead of having a PS2 hold them back. Another example would be Naruto Shippuden: Akatsuki Rising. It basically is Uzumaki Chronicles 3, but they had to move on with the closest thing to a PS2. A PS3 would be too advanced for the PS2, that's right they used PSP data to store it, probably. And Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja 5 wasn't released in North America, but Heroes 3 was. That's because they can't have the PS2 holding them back.I know it's messed up, but that's just how it is now.
