Do you mean alcohol? If so, then you will need a special permit, usually available from your employer/sponsor, to purchase alcohol from a special store. You will have a $420 USD limit on how much you can purchase in a month. (You can only spend $420 each month at that store). Most hotels have bars that serve alcohol and there are nightclubs. Drinking alcohol is forbidden in public places as well as being intoxicated. A DUI is more serious in Qatar than in other places such as the US. Qatar Airways serves alcohol.

Drinking alcohol in public is prohibited but you can get your own drinks and enjoy at public areas but in privacy such as camping by beaches, sands, mountains or actually in any remote areas.
