You are miss reading the roman numerals in the title of the game The collector's edition is for Final Fantasy XII or 12 and not Final Fantasy 7 Dirge of Cerberus which is a PS2 game from August 15, 2006
the spirit within is made by the same maker of the final fantasy video game series even though its a stand alone film
There was a Sora in Final Fantasy II but not the same Sora from Kingdom Hearts.
Final Fantasy 7: Advent Children can be bought or ordered through most major movie stores; many auction sites also have it somewhere. Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within is somewhat harder to come by, although the same sources should have it.
The same way you would have done so if you were playing another game
I think its worth about $1050 today. I checked eBay :D
No.
Final Fantasy X-7? no. there is Final Fantasy 10-2 which is the sequel to Final Fantasy 10 (and is the only actual sequel in all of the final fantasy games) and there is Final Fantasy 7, but there is no Final Fantasy x-7. the games may be made by the same people but do not relate to each other in anyway other then the fact they are Final Fantasy.

How does one really answer that in a way that will be the same for all gamers? What do you mean by "better"?

Eternal Legacy and Final Fantasy III.
No. There's not a Crisis Core sequal, but the continuation of the story called Final Fantasy VII.
If i beleave rightly the damage limit in final fantasy 12 is 99,999, that is the same for ff10 and 10.2. Wereas final fantasy 1 - 9 is 9,999. Hope this helps.
Final Fantasy 7 has never been 'remade', it has only had a graphical 'remastering' called Final Fantasy 7 HD. It's the same game, just prettied up.
yes
no..the games are the same..the difference is that with the collectors edition (depending on your country or where you live and where you buy it)..you get the game in a metal case instead of plastic and can get a limited edition Halo 2 controller included..but this will generally cost more..
'Dawn of Souls' is not a game as such, it is a compilation package containing updated versions of Final Fantasy 1 and 2. Technically therefore the 'non-remake' would be the original NES versions of Final Fantasy 1, and Final Fantasy 2, which were never bundled together in the same way before.
