No. Guitar Hero's were made by Harmonix and Activision. I do believe Activision helped with Rock Band, but im not 100% sure who made Rock Band,

Rock Band:Harmonix,Mtv Games,EA games. but they do have one similar company working for boh sides idk who though.

∙ 12y agoNo, well not anymore, The companies Harmonix and Red Octane made Guitar Hero 1 and 2. After that Harmonix left to make a full band game that later became rock band and then Rockband 2. and Guitar Hero was bought by activision and they made Guitar Hero 3 and World Tour.
