You might be pregnant. You might not. The only thing certain is that you have a headache and constipation. My first guess would be dehydration before pregnancy.
Water bloating or retaining water can be caused by a hormone imbalance, particularly prior to the menstrual cycle. Pregnancy, long periods of physical inactivity and certain medications can also contribute to water bloating.
Certain medications can make you lose your appetite. Smoking, feeling unwell and very warm weather can also contribute to a loss of appetite.
You may have all or a few of these symptoms--everyone and every pregnancy is different: 1. Missed Period(s) 2. Nausea 3. Breast Soreness-tenderness 4. Urinating more frequently 5. Mood swings 6. Craving and/or avoidance of certain foods 7. Fatigue 8. Pink spotting--several weeks into pregnancy 9. Constipation and/or bloating 10. Elevated basal temperature
There are two main ways to get rid of bloating in one's belly: exercise and diet. Increased physical activity, particularly aerobic exercise can help reduce the size and bloating of one's stomach. Additionally, by cutting out certain foods that are difficult to digest, one can reduce bloating. Avoiding inulin fiber and eating probiotic foods are common nutritional practices that can help reduce bloating.
As bloating is mostly caused by stomach gases, a change in diet is often all that is required to remedy the problem. Although detoxification centers will certainly help, the bloating will happen again should certain foods be consumed.
