Ecigs and hooka pens have nicotine. The difference is there's no combustion of the chemical (only vaporization) and you do not get all the additives that come with tobacco. You are still getting the drug but opinions are varied. Long term research still needs to be done but it appears to be a safe alternative to smoking.
