It depends, Ibuypower is a mixed bag. You can get a great computer and never have any problems or you can get a lemon and have it be your worst nightmare. Your best bet would be to look into smaller companies that put more focus on the quality of their computer and not quantity. You might want to take a look into another company called Ironside Computers. They're not as popular as Ibuypower, but they do a great job getting you a working computer. So far I have not heard one bad thing said about them.

In terms of the parts and build, there would be no difference, because regardless of who you buy the computer from, it will be made by ibuypower. keep in mind, bestbuy buys from ibuypower, to resell to you. however, the ability to bring in a faulty computer to a brick and mortar store like bestbuy is very convinent because you can talk to an actual person to get your refund, instead of talking on the phone with a customer service representative.
