I was pregnant with my 3rd child and had complete appetite loss for the last 3 months of pregnancy. I was never hungry and got full so quick. She was born perfectly fine and healthy although when I sit down to eat, I couldn't finish a regular size meal. She weighed 6 lbs 3 oz when born 12 days early by repeat c-section. I since have had another little girl and I was always hungry with her. I ate all the time, and gained the most weight of all 4 pregnancies that I have had. She was the smallest baby I had at 6lbs 1 oz.
