fruits are good, but too much like all things are bad. another thing, fruits are sweet, so they contain sugar. it doesnt matter pure or refined, sugars are sugars and too much of it will cause fat cells to grow in size.

soups, this depends on which types of soups, there are millions of soup recipes. some contain fat, like those with cream bases. there are also water based soups such as minestrone, which is one of the lower fat soups that restaraunts are now serving as "low fat" then there are soups with both little water and a little cream. this would depend on the kind of soup.

tea is good because it is know green tea helps you lose weight. but some are neither good nor bad because some contain caffeine and artificial sweeteners like Splenda and Aspartame found in diet sodas, drinks, and teas have been proven to cause cravings, which make you gain weight.

proper meals don't mean always mean diet made meals. if u mean proper as in getting the rest of your nutrients in then NO it would not be a good idea. this is because it is hard to get in the rest of every sing vitamin and nutrient, so you would be overeating to gain back what you held back in the day by only eating fruits and soups.

but if what you mean by proper is as in a regular meal consisting of a piece of meat, a bowl of carbs, and a handful of veggies, then yes that would be great, in fact, that should be what you are eating in each meal.

your way of eating wouldn't do too much harm if you ate fruits in moderation, whether u want to eat all 3-5 servings of fruit in one sitting or spread out, that would work the same, but if you are relying on fruits to fill your stomach up, its not a good idea, fruits arent filling, this will make you hunger for filling foods, which would make sense to turn to cream soups, but picking water based soups, your taste buds get tired of the blandness and you are basically drinking water and salt drenched veggies. again this would work if you don't eat only fruits and don't rely on them to fill you up. and pick teas with low or no caffeine, no sugar. soups, water based is better, but cream based will fill you up. choose a proper meal meaning a variety of carbs, protein, veggies. and don't overeat at night because you held back throughout the day.
