Is it bad for you if you're in the habit of staying up until morning but still get eight hours of sleep and wake up very late?

As long as you're getting your 8 hours sleep, you should be fine. I know the sun does help the body set it's time, so if you're planning ever to change this routine, take some time to be outside and enjoy the sun.

Nope, your just going to become nocternal. Might be bad for your social and work life, but as long as you get 8 hours of sleep every 24 hours, you should be fine.
