First of all, if you are sleeping during the day and active at night, then obviously eating at night won't make you fat. For you, the myth would be reversed: don't eat during the day.
But the myth that eating close to bedtime makes you fat has been debunked anyway (see Related Links below). What matters is how much you exercise, and how many calories you eat each day...not when you eat them.
