Bowel movements (poo) are different for each person. For some, having a BM 2 times a day is normal; for others, 3 times a week is okay.
Generally speaking, if an individual is dehydrated, they can become constipated and BMs occur less frequently. If someone suspects they are constipated, they should drink some water or seek out a laxative.
