- When two people break up even for a short time they are considered ex boyfriend and ex girlfriend and therefore sleeping with your ex husband is not cheating. However, on your part it is immaturity as you obviously feel the need to have a man in your life even if it is your ex husband. You ended up using your ex husband on the rebound. Now that you and your boyfriend are back together again it is important that you learn good communication skills by taking at least half an hour a day to 'touch base' about each others day or talk out any problems you may have and try to resolve them.
