moderately easy there are 18 bolts in the oil pan and 1 bolt and 3 nuts in the front cover. You will want to remove the cross brace that runs under the oil pan another 8 bolts. you should be able to do it in half a day NO AIR TOOLS, the oil pan as well as the block are aluminum, make sure you use a torque wrench to reinstall.
