Yes. Some deserts are actually classified as cold deserts.

The Antarctic is the world's largest desert, since a desert is defined as an area receiving less than 250 mm or 10 inches of precipitation per year. The Antarctic desert covers 13.9 million square kilometres.

Another large desert that is not hot is the Karakum Desert in Turkmenistan. It lies between the Caspian Sea and the Amu Darya, and covers an area of about 310,800 sq km.

The Gobi Desert, which stretches across 1.3 million sq km in China and Mongolia (Asia), is also classified as a cold desert.

Even hot deserts can get very cold at night in Winter.

You need to be specific as each desert is different. You also need to specify a season of the year. The temperature could range from 80 degrees F above zero to less than minus 100 degrees F.
From my stays out in Phoenix at one time. Even though it was 120 degrees in the daytime, since there were no clouds to trap daytime heat. it got down to 70 even 60 degrees in the summer alone. It can get near 40 degrees in winter.
It can get down to below freezing levels in the desert. In the Antarctic, the temperature can plunge to 100 degrees F below zero or more.
It depends on the location of the desert and the time of day. For example, Death Valley in the United States usually gets into the mid 50's at night during the Summer.
Even in the dry deserts in temperate and semi-tropical areas, in Winter it can get cold enough at night to freeze water. In some towns in the Middle East, they have buildings where they freeze water during Winter to use as ice during the Summer months. Use the terms "temperature" and the names of desert towns in a search of the internet.
Every desert has its own weather statistics so you need to provide a specific location for a specific answer. However, a temperature of -135 degrees F has been measured in the Antarctic Desert.

Most deserts, except the cold deserts, are mild or cool in the winter. Few remain hot during that season. Cold deserts can get bitterly cold wuring the winter. And, of course, the Antarctic Desert is always cold.
