Well I'm an 18 year old girl and my boyfriend is 15. But we've been dating for a year now. I live with him and my parents and his parents now. It's not illegal to DATE anyone you want. But it's the sexual stuff that is illegal. And if someone were to try to get in your business and report you. You COULD get introuble for it, well he would. But you could always deny it. I mean unless you have his baby then there isn't any proof. Unless yall have pictures and stuff posted on the internet.
Legally they can as long as a "sexual relationship" doesn't develop due to his age it would be considered sex with a minor and the 18 year old could be prosecuted. However if your asking whether or not its moral, I would then have to say in my opinion one is an adult, and the other is a child to me its not morally right.
I'm pretty sure that it's not though it is illegal to have sex with her
By law you can not be anymore the four years apart and that's five so that would be considered against the law.
None, you must be at least 18 in every state. to marry without parental consent/court You can only get married w/o parental consent if the girl is pregnant or if they already have a child. There are two states that I know of.. Georgia and Florida. Make sure that you weigh your options. If you can wait till you are both 18, you really should. The statistics of teenage marriges lasting is 10%. 90% fail. You need to make sure that this is what you are ready to do and are willing to love this person for the rest of your life. There are no states that allow a sixteen years old to marry without the consent of parent(s) or guardian. There are a few states that allow such a marriage only if specific circumstances apply and the couple receive permission from the court. I'm not sure about other states but I know in Georgia that you can get married at the age of 16 IF you are pregnant or already have a child.
Unless you are legally an emancipated minor, they still can legally control where you live. If anyone helps you to cross state lines, it's a felony- just a heads up.
They can get married in Florida. However, she will require parental consent to do so. Otherwise, she has to wait until she turns 18.
yes, i belive so. As long as your parent consents. And if your having sex you are the legal age for consent so it'll be your choice..be safe!!
If you mean a nude/erotic picture, it depends on where you live and the state laws in that area. If it is illegal to take a nude picture of a minor (under 18) in that place, then even the parents cannot consent to it. If the girl/boy is 18 and above, she/he can consent to this themself and does not need the parent/s permission for it.
No, you have to be 18 to get married without parental consent in any state in the the US.
A minor in the U.S. can not move out without parental, or legal guardian consent.
She'll still need parental consent anywhere the age of consent is below sixteen.
