maybe i don't know you should look into it more that is why I am asking .... wanted to know if a 16 or 17 year old girl is still considered a minor .... and therefore could not legally have sexual relationships with a boy who is almost 19 years of age .... and if so, would that be statuory rape or considered as having sex with a minor ?
