∙ 13y agoThere are no laws about dating. Never have been any put in place. There are laws about children having sexual contact. Some of those are enforced based on age differences between the two. But if both are over the age of consent, the age difference doesn't matter.

∙ 12y agoYes if the minors parents agree since there are no laws for dating, only for sex where the minor have to have reached the age of consent in his/hers state. The adult have to remember though how simple it is to report someone for statutory rape if he is going to date someone that young. Safer to wait until she minor have reached the age of consent which varies from 16-18 in the individual states.
