Excerpt from the ordinance:

"SEC. 3.03.006. KEEPING OF PIT BULLS PROHIBITED.

A. It shall be unlawful for any person to own, possess, keep, exercise control over,

maintain, harbor, transport, or sell within the City any pit bull.
