Not possible. You have to remove the whole light assembly.
Remove the lens, and the mounting screws are at the back of the box.

To replace the brake light bulb you need to remove the whole light assembly. Once removed the change is simple.
take the four screws of that hold on the lens cover and remove it. if you look inside there will be 3 torks screws. remove those. and that's it.
There are screws going through the bottom into the floor, should be about 6 in the front, middle, and back of the inside of the console.

Usually there are screws holding the lens in the tail light- remove these. Then there are more screws holding the tail light to the body- remove these. The pull the wiring out & there should be a plug- unplug & plug replacement into that plug & reinstall in reverse order. hope this helps, Dan I had to get under the Jeep and remove a rubber piece between the rear tire and the bumper to get access to the wire because the wire is too short to come all the way out of the hole on the Jeep's body.
