50cc or less and you dont have to register, depending on your city regulations, i called the local pd and asked two different officers and a sergeant and asked if i could drive it from my house to my friends for work they didnt say i couldnt. So i picked up a mirror, turn signal horn, and working break light, i still need a headlight and treaded street tires though. Also remember to using street safety, dont give the cops a reason to start saying we cannot ride them period!!
