I have a 2001 Deville. The PCV Value is under the cover ( this is the one with the cadillac emblem on it ) that is across the top of the engine. It is located at the back left of the engine. There is a small black metal piece at the center back of the silver panel top ( this is the one with the cadillac emblem on it ) that hold it at the back center. Hope this is helpful.
