I have a 2001 Deville. The PCV Value is under the cover ( this is the one with the cadillac emblem on it ) that is across the top of the engine. It is located at the back left of the engine. You must remove the two plastic nuts that are at the front of the panel...left and right center front. Then up and forward. There is a small black metal piece at the center back of the silver panel top ( this is the one with the cadillac emblem on it ) that hold it at the back center. Hope this is helpful.
