Is it normal for a belly piercing to be sore the first few days after being peirced?

yes, it will be sore/red/itchy for the first week. if it continues after a week or if you see any pus, call your piercer. it could be infected. It could be a sign of infection Yes, this is very normal. Make sure you are checking it for excessive redness, pus, or any funny smell. Those things could signal an infection. very normal.
