I have heard that craving ice can be a sypmtom of anemia. She should talk to her doctor. It could just be one of the cravings that she will have. When I was pregnant, I craved things that I can't stand to eat. Everyone is differnt, but she should check with her doctor on ice or anything that you aren't supposed to eat. Such as dirt, brick, etc. No, this is not normal. This normally means you are lacking iron. Please see your health care provider.
