Most likely it is trapped wind or gas pains. The excess progesterone in a pregnant woman's system slows down your digestive processes and can cause gas and bloating. If you think it is something more than gas pains, go see your doc. Here's a good article on it. babycenter.com

So far I don't think there is a time that a pregnant woman actually feels 'normal' our bodies are consitently changing and adapting to the new person growing inside us. So I think you don't quite feel 'normal' until after the baby is born.

If it was lighter than normal and only lasted a day or two than yes you could still be pregnant. Many woman don't realize they are pregnant because what they think was their period was actually implantation bleeding. If you think you are pregnant and the bleeding is accompanied by sharp pains in your abdomen you may want to go to a doctor to make sure it isn't an ectopic pregnancy.
