i would say no, you should go back to the peircer and complain... You Shouldent Go Back To The Piercer To Complain, You Should Have Taken Better Care Of Your New Piercing, I Suggest You Clean It Really Well Because Usally When It Bleeds That Means Your Eather Playing With It Too Much Or Its Infected, If You Cant Get It To Stop Bleeding Withen The Next Few Days Go To A Piercer Or A Doctor To Have It Checked.
